Sunday Specials ("sundaycardeals.com") is a digital car-deal aggregator. We help shoppers find weekly specials from participating dealerships and share their contact information with the dealer when they request a deal code.
Information we collect
- When you claim a deal: name, email, phone number, the ad you selected, a unique reference code, TCPA consent timestamp, and IP address at the time of consent.
- When dealers use our portal: account email, dealership profile, ads, leads, and usage metrics.
- Automatically: standard server logs (IP, browser type, pages viewed).
How we use your information
We use shopper information to generate reference codes, send confirmation emails, and share leads with the dealership offering the deal. Dealers contact you about the specific offer you requested. We do not sell personal information to third-party marketers.
Your rights (CCPA / state privacy laws)
California and other state residents may request access to or deletion of personal information we hold. To submit a request, email privacy@sundaycardeals.com with the email address used on the platform.
Data retention
Lead records are retained while the related ad and dealer account are active, and for a reasonable period afterward for dealer reporting and legal compliance.
